Set up your profile and apply smarter

1. Create a job seeker account with Google or email.
2. Open your job seeker profile and complete your personal details, work experience, skills, education, availability, location preference, and salary preference.
3. Upload your CV. Hirly can keep the uploaded resume on your profile and use it to populate the profile builder.
4. Use the resume builder to create or refine a professional ATS-focused resume from your saved profile.
5. Review matched roles. Matched and missing keywords should align with each job description.
6. Generate a tailored cover letter for a matched role, then approve applications before auto-apply uses your plan limits.
7. Track every role in the application tracker from applied to viewed, shortlisted, interview, offer, and hired.

Employers

Post jobs and manage hiring

1. Create an employer account with a business email.
2. Complete the company profile with company details, website, industry, company size, CAC registration number, recruiter contact details, and verification information.
3. Open job posting from the employer workspace menu.
4. Add employment type, industry, department, experience level, education, skills, salary range, deadline, benefits, screening questions, visibility, and job status.
5. Use scam detection before publishing. Jobs with suspicious salary, payment requests, weak company identity, or copied descriptions may be flagged for review.
6. Return to the employer workspace to edit, pause, close, or delete jobs you previously posted.
7. Review applicants, contact reveals, recruitment analytics, and interview scheduling from the workspace.

The pricing page shows the current live plans. Free job seeker access is limited, while paid plans unlock higher search, match, application, resume, and employer usage limits.

When you pay with Flutterwave, your checkout should reflect the current pricing configured by the admin. If a limit is reached, Hirly should stop additional usage instead of allowing overspending.

Notifications

Stay aware of important activity

The notification center can show profile completion reminders, resume optimization updates, new job matches, employer profile views, interview schedules, and application activity.

Job seekers with a profile score below 60% may receive a prompt to complete their setup so AI matching and resume generation have enough information to work with.
